Procedure

(A) For new registration

• Application form
• Demand draft of Rs.5000/ in favour of Competent Authority.
• A bank guarantee (BG) of Rs.50, 000/ in favour of Competent Authority.
• Affidavit for non-conviction by any Court during last 5 years.
• Validity of registration shall be 5 years.

(B) Renewal of registration (under rule 25 of PAPR Act 95)

Time limit: – 05 working days from the date of receipt of application.

NOTE: It would be preferred to print on A4 sheet.
